APPARAN

Apparan is a London based street artist, educator and curator. Her work deals with social related issues such as environment and gender equality and community resilience.

Her murals usually depict women with colourful long curly hair and strong features. She incorporates surreal elements and positive messages with bold line work, shading and bursts of colour within her creations. Her work can be seen all around London and it has been supported and commissioned by various brands, restaurants and shops, video clips and organizations. Her illustrations and murals have been featured in several books and she is co writer of a story book for children.

She is co-founder of Art House Project London through which she has organised and curated dozens of exhibitions in different venues in London. She also co-organises the London International Pasteup Festival which specialises in large collage installations featuring artists from all around the world.
