JOIN THE CHRISTMAS CABINS 2025
2024 saw our first ever Christmas Cabins in Chelmsford City Centre, bringing 17 festive themed units offering a range of products and gifts all from local businesses and creatives, alongside a festive themed food and beverage offering.
After a positive reception from traders and the public, we’re thrilled to announce that the cabins will be back in 2025 for an extended period from Friday 28 November – Tuesday 23 December and will be open daily from 10am.
Applications for this year’s line-up of traders are NOW OPEN and will close on Thursday 31 July – we can’t wait to receive yours! We are looking for a range of products perfect for Christmas gifting, Christmas themed items and of course Christmas food offerings.
We are happy for multiple businesses to share cabins, please provide all details in the form of each business if this is something you are looking to do.
All cabin traders are required to:
Have £10m Public Liability Insurance
Provide a full RAMS
Provide food hygiene rating (where applicable)
Open 7 days a week, for full operational hours
Cabins will cost £1,800 + VAT and include the following:
3x3 lockable cabin (see below pictures)
Front Shutter (Please note: This can be partially opened to provide a serving hatch, or fully removed to allow people inside the cabin for more of a shop feel)
Access from Wednesday 26 November for set up
Overnight security 7pm – 7am, 7 days a week
Weekend entertainment at the cabins, provided by Chelmsford For You
