ALEX FACE

Alexface is a renouned Thai street artist whos works cover the Bangkok city and he has been invited across the world to share his talent and creativity in places like Tokyo, Seoul, Taipei, Jakarta, Oslo, and Amsterdam. His style combines classic graffiti techniques with sophisticated painting processes to softly blend pastel colours.

The character (named Mardi) in many of Alex's artworks, including this one, is inspired by the birth og his daughter who he said was 'born looking angry or worried at the world she was entering.' This prompted him to reflect on the ssues of the world we live in and question problems like urbanization, consumerism, and climate change. The third eye he gives his character symbolises spirituality and perception of the world.
